How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you have a question or issue that you couldn’t resolve through the Help Center, you can submit a support ticket on Pixleaks to get help from our Support Team. This helps us better understand your situation and provide assistance quickly.

Step 1: Open the Ticket Form

To get started, open the ticket submission form. The form includes several fields that need to be completed so we can process your request accurately.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form Fields

The form contains the following fields:

  1. Select the section you need help with — choose the category that best matches your issue.

  2. Topic Name — briefly tell us what your message is about.

  3. Message — provide a detailed description of your issue.

  4. Attach files — if necessary, add screenshots or other relevant files.

  5. Your Name — enter your full name so we can contact you.

  6. Your Email — the address where you will receive a response.

The more detailed your submission, the faster our team can assist you.

Step 3: Submit the Ticket

Once all fields are completed, click the "Submit" button. Your ticket will be registered, and our support team will be notified. We usually respond within a few business days.
